1.2 Shipping Information
1.2.1 Standard Shipping Time
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often takes 2-4 business days to ship it out, but there are many situations where it will take longer. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for specific shipping time.
1.2.2 Lost Shipments
If a package is not received by the scanned delivery date, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier, and send you the replacement or process a refund.
Some products are unable to deliver to a PO Box, for detailed, please contact us before placing your order.
1.2.4 Alaska & Hawaii or APO, FPO & DPO Shipping
For questions regarding shipping outside of the continental United States, please contact us for checking product stock, shipping method and additional shipping fee.
1.2.5 International Shipping
Products are available to deliver to the continental United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan. Please contact us for shipping to other countries.
1.2.6 Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Batteriol is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. In the event that the extra charges exceed the value of the order, we may charge those amounts to the credit card originally used for the order.
Pre-orders are items that have never been in stock, but will be soon. Pre-ordering is beneficial for guaranteeing your place in the order queue, and stock will be set aside for you.
Not all products can be backordered when they go out of stock. If an out of stock item can be backordered it will clearly display a "Backorder" button, otherwise it cannot be backordered by any means.

2.1 Returns Policy
2.1.1 30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the shipping date.
All returns must be pre-approved by Batteriol and accompanied by a copy of the RMA form which will be provided upon approval. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. Batteriol reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return.
2.1.2 Damaged in Shipment
Please email email@example.com right away, including a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be arranged with Customer Service as needed.
2.1.3 Not The Item You Ordered
Are one or more of the items you had ordered not what you were expecting? If you believe that Batteriol sent you the wrong item submit an RMA ticket and we will get things straightened out!
2.1.4 Non Returnable Items
We apologize that there is a small selection of products that we can not offer a return on. This list includes: health care product,opened disposable product.
Products offered by Batteriol.com provide a manufacturer's warranty! This information is listed on our website within the Specifications section of each product if there is a manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacement(s).
Customer refund credits are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Refund credits can be issued only to the card used during the original purchase. In the event a credit cannot be issued to the original card used for purchase due to lost card, etc., an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and before a company refund check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.
